What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR).

We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your donation (if applicable) and second, to response to any queries which you may have.

We do not share personal data with any third parties.

Contact forms

When someone submits a contact form, their personal contact data is submitted to us (name, email, phone number, message). We keep contact form submissions on record for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.



If you submit a contact form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.


What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
